RKW stands for Raf, Kris & Wim and was founded by father Ghislain Vanherle. It all started in 1986 when he became an entrepreneur and started P&V elektrotechniek in Heusden-Zolder for engineering, assembling and installation of electrical panels.

Kris is an envrionmental engineer, self-employed as a transport policy consultant at Transport & Mobility Leuven. Kris is co-founder and CEO of Telraam.
Wim is an IT Developer from '81 specialised in software integration & EDI Projects. He's married and has 3 children.
